A little bit about me
I was born & grew up close to where I live now near Ottawa, Canada, have traveled to nearly 40 countries (Europe, Oz, NZ, Pacific Rim & Islands) & much of North America, living for 12 years in southern Europe.
Much of my life was spent in the corporate world, creating & running companies. I left that behind in 1999 & have spent an ever-increasing amount of my time studying, writing & teaching what I have been discovering about emotional healing & self-development.
