Who is one of your heroes who brought the best out in others?

The singer "Sade" is one of my female heroes and I would put her up against anyone anytime. All the present day singers should take note, this woman is an absolute amidst mediocrity, an erotic woman without ever being vulgar. I just wish more performers would take the hint. We all want and need some more vocal singers like her and great melodic songs that make us think, feel and want without feeling like we need a cold shower. I hope that she goes on and on forever singing live on stage and on albums all the time making us smile inwardly and at one another knowingly.

What kind of insight or advice would you like about how to connect better with others?

Learning how to collaborate globally, for me at least, has meant eliminating certain things that waste so much time. This means using a triad, a combination of three new software tools. The first is Skype, available free from www.skype.com. Skype replaces the phone and eliminates 90% of the cost of long distance globally. I am areal fan of Groove 2007 from Microsoft which actually replaced email for me 3 years ago. Groove is my virtual office. By adding AllPeers, a free addon from www.allpeers.com to Firefox2 from www.mozilla.com this combination allows anyone to share large files and be totally secure. Isn't that a nice change from havign a montain of spam in your in basket every morning?

What is one of your favorite sayings or piece of advice on connecting well with others?

It is not what you say, or who you say it to, it is how you feel and who you are: a source of spiritual strength and a friendly voice in a wilderness of anguish.
